In this case study, we explore the transformative journey of my project at Mindmesh, a groundbreaking company redefining workspace organization through an innovative Desktop app. Over the course of this project, I embarked on the re-design of both Mindmesh's website and desktop app, with a primary focus on enhancing user experience (UX) and modernizing the look and feel.
I started with a comprehensive understanding of Mindmesh's core vision and unique value proposition. Engaging with the team and conducting interviews with key team members shed light on the intricate intricacies of the innovative workspace interface and its integration with existing tools.
Wireframes and interactive prototypes were meticulously crafted, illustrating a streamlined user journey that seamlessly integrated notes, tasks, calendars, and existing company tools.

Onboarding
Design concepts were translated into multiple iterations, each incorporating feedback from users and stakeholders. The iterative design process ensured that user interactions were intuitive and engaging, facilitating seamless task management and workspace organization. Rigorous user testing validated the design decisions and pinpointed areas for further refinement.
Tooltips
As the design crystallized, it was meticulously integrated into the website and desktop app development. Close collaboration with developers ensured pixel-perfect execution, maintaining design integrity across platforms.
The Desk Product
